"We want to put the spotlight on especially committed individuals who promote the talents of others. They are a model not just for young talent. They represent all those committed to opening doors to education and professional opportunities for young people," emphasizes Michael Schmidt, CEO of BP Europa SE and education representative of Initiativkreis Ruhr.
